Refund policy

1. Nature of Products

All products sold on RCA Home Studio are digital architectural plans delivered electronically in PDF format.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are considered final.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a digital product has been:

Delivered via email, or
Made available for download

This policy is strictly enforced because digital files cannot be “returned” once accessed.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect selection of plan
Lack of compatibility with buyer’s intended use
Misunderstanding of product scope

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all product details before completing a purchase.

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

a. Duplicate Payment

If you are charged more than once for the same order, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

b. Failure of Delivery

If you do not receive your files within the stated delivery timeframe and we are unable to successfully deliver them after reasonable attempts.

c. Corrupted or Inaccessible Files

If the files provided are proven to be corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

5. Exclusions from Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be granted for:

Requests for CAD, editable, or BIM files (as only PDFs are provided)
Requests for signed and sealed drawings
Dissatisfaction with design preferences or aesthetics
Site incompatibility or regulatory issues
Construction-related concerns

6. Signed & Sealed Drawings

Signed and sealed drawings are not included in the purchase of digital plans.

Any request for signed and sealed drawings is a separate professional engagement between the buyer and the respective Architect/Designer.

RCA Lifestyle Ventures OPC does not process refunds based on services that are outside the scope of the digital product purchase.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds may constitute a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to:

Provide evidence of delivery and access
Enforce our license agreement
Restrict future transactions
