Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery

All products sold on RCA Home Studio are digital architectural plans.

No physical items will be shipped
No courier or delivery service is involved

All purchases are delivered electronically.

Important:
The purchase of a plan does not include signed and sealed drawings.

Signed and sealed drawings, if required for construction or permitting, are separate professional services and must be arranged directly between the buyer and the respective Architect/Designer (Author of the Plan).

RCA Lifestyle Ventures OPC or RCA Build Pro Construction OPC does not provide, include, or automatically process signed and sealed drawings as part of digital plan delivery.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment:

Your purchased plan(s) will be delivered via:
- Download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
- Email sent to your registered email address

Please ensure that your email address is correct and accessible at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Most digital products are delivered immediately or within a few minutes after payment confirmation
In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours, depending on:
- Payment verification
- System processing
- File preparation (if applicable)

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your files:

Check your Spam/Junk folder
Verify that your email address was entered correctly
Allow up to 24 hours before reporting an issue

If the issue persists, please contact us and we will resend your files.

5. File Access & Responsibility

Once files have been delivered:

The buyer is responsible for downloading and securely storing the files
We recommend backing up your files in a safe location

We are not responsible for:

Loss of files after successful delivery
Device compatibility issues
Software required to open the files

6. File Format

Architectural plans may be provided in formats such as:

PDF
CAD files (if specified)
Other digital formats as indicated in the product description

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software to access these files.

7. License Certificate (If Applicable)

A License Certificate may be issued separately and delivered via email or upon request.

This document serves as confirmation of your single-use license granted by the Architect.

8. No Shipping Fees

Since all products are delivered digitally:

No shipping fees are charged
No customs, duties, or physical delivery charges apply
